Your Patio Cover KIT comes with standard Alumawood posts, but you have the option to customize your cover to have columns instead.
Posts
Posts are placed on the front side of your cover and the quantity of posts is determined by your cover size. These posts require concrete footings and are included with all Patio Cover KITs.
Columns
Columns are available in variety of sizes (Height x Width): 8″x8′, 8″x10′, 8″x12′,10″x8′, 10″x10′, 10″x12′, 12″x8′, 12″x10′, 12″x12′. If your patio is a different height, simply cut the columns – Easy!
Columns are shipped in white and can then be painted to match you patio cover, paint sample provided in your KIT. Columns also available pre-split to easily fit around existing patio cover posts.
Columns are tapered and unpainted.
